The Work You'll Do:

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst with a strong aptitude in relational database concepts and experience with common data visualization practices. The ideal candidate will excel in transforming data into actionable insights and driving strategic decision-making through advanced data analysis and visualization techniques.

More specifically, you will:

Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Tableau to support business operations and decision-making. Design and implement data models and queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze complex datasets from disparate systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver insightful, data-driven solutions. Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy and consistency across various data sources. Perform ad-hoc data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

What We Need From You

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data management, or other analytical roles; preferably with experience in software industry Proven experience working with relational databases and BI Tools (Tableau, Quicksight, or related). Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach. Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hire
