Position Summary: Works under the supervision of the Office of the Health Systems Chief Medical Officer in coordination with the Data Trust Analytic Team and other Clinical Leadership appropriate for the scope of work. This role is responsible for data analytics and additional support of performance measures, ongoing measurement, data collection, reporting, data visualizations, and information dissemination. Responsible for leading and coordinating system-wide, complex initiatives that align with organizational goals and drive operational and clinical improvements. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across hospitals, developing data-driven strategies, and providing regular progress updates to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to navigate the complexities of health system operations effectively.
Education:
Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree. Experience beyond the work experience requirement may be substituted for the degree on a 2 years of experience for 1 year of education basis.Required Licensure Certification, etc.:
EDW internal certification required within 6 months.Work Experience:
Requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience in health care, including a minimum of 2 years of data analytic experienceSalary Range: Minimum 29.63 per visit - Maximum 51.87 per visit. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
