Collaborates and leads cross-functional teams as the subject matter expert to enhance data-driven solutions for domain and strategic business initiatives. Responsible for providing technical and business expertise for end-to-end reporting and analytical services to business or domain operations and enterprise analytics. Leads sprint teams and develops integrated solutions, and effectively applies both business knowledge and technical expertise to design, develop, and implement business intelligence solutions, predictive and artificial intelligence (AI) analytics to support strategic initiatives. Provides in-depth analytics and domain subject matter expertise to stakeholders with reliable analytics to answer business questions. Guides other analysts within the team through management of projects, providing analytics and business expertise, and training other analysts. Prioritization and Logical Thinking: Ability to work independently to set priorities accurately based on business requirements and urgent needs. Analyzes information, identifies patterns, and formulates logical insights. Technical Expertise: Proficient in designing and developing analytics – structured and ad-hoc. Comfort with Complexity: Comfortable managing multiple high priority projects simultaneously.
