Business Intelligence Architect

This job utilizes project management techniques to develop Business Intelligence solutions using Oracle Cloud Analytics technologies. Activities may include but not limited to consulting with cross-functional business groups to identify data and analytical needs, capture and document requirements, determine the appropriate Oracle Cloud tool, coordinate with report developers/DBA to design and oversee development, review findings with leadership, and facilitate testing with the end users. This role will assist in maintaining autonomous data warehouse, provide design support for ODI development, follow best practices to design custom subject areas to empower self-service analytics and ensure best practices across all Oracle Cloud Business Intelligence tools. This job will also facilitate related process/data improvement efforts, standardization, best practices, advanced analytics, and development of executive level presentations. This job may also prepare similar intelligence for operational purposes.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Utilize Project Management methodologies to design and maintain enhancements to an autonomous data warehouse and enable advanced analytics through OACs. Work closely with ODI developers and the business to ensure BI solutions are effectively developed and delivered on time.Interview cross functional business partners to understand data and analytical needs for strategic initiatives. Design subject areas, data models, and automated visualizations that will help support the overall organizational strategy.Work alongside management in the development of overall Business Intelligence architecture steering the organization towards report and analytics standardization, leveraging Oracle cloud.Perform all functional duties to ensure efficient, and on-time delivery of autonomous data warehouse data structure changes. Will help design database changes, data flow changes, and assess downstream impacts within reporting and analytics.Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.Other duties as assigned or requested.

Bachelor's Degree in Math, Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, Information Science or related field
