Key Responsibilities: + Architect of Self-Service BI Solutions: Design and implement robust Power BI architectures that empower organization-wide self-service reporting and ad-hoc data exploration. + Data Warehouse Development and Integration: Building your expertise in Snowflake and DBT to develop and integrate data warehouse tables, ensuring they are seamlessly incorporated into the Power BI ecosystem for comprehensive reporting. + Business Impact through Data Enablement: Develop scalable data models that drive strategic decision-making and deliver measurable business value. + Leverage Copilot AI within Power BI to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities, driving innovation and efficiency. + Performance Optimization: Ensure optimal performance of Power BI solutions through best practices and advanced optimization techniques. + Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective BI solutions. + Effective Communication: Clearly communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring understanding and actionable insights. + Simplifier of Complexity: Simplify complex data and processes, making insights accessible and actionable for all users. + Mentorship and Support: Guide and support team members and business users in building their own reports on top of scalable Power BI models. + Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative environment and drive collective success. + Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest data trends and technologies to continuously enhance our BI capabilities. Additional Qualifications: + Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights. + Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. + Project Management: Experience in managing BI projects from inception to completion. + Technical Documentation: Proficient in creating and maintaining technical documentation for BI solutions. + Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment. + SaaS Experience: Preferred experience with subscription data in a SaaS environment. + Python Experience: Preferred experience using Python to tap into the Power BI API. + 3rd Party Tool Proficiency: Demonstrable application of third-party tools such as DAX Studio and Tabular Editor with Power BI.
