Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst based in San Antonio, Texas. As part of our team, you will be playing a crucial role in processing complex materials, maintaining data integrity, and providing data-driven insights to support various HR strategies and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize business intelligence tools to create accessible and actionable visualizations to effectively communicate complex data
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex data into narratives that support HR decisions
• Lead in maintaining and optimizing the HRIS, which includes data entry, updates, and troubleshooting
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with policies and regulations
• Lead data validation and quality assurance efforts across various HR datasets
• Support various HR projects by providing relevant data-driven insights
• Identify opportunities to improve data management processes and reporting efficiency
• Work cross-functionally with HR leaders and other departments to gather requirements and deliver impactful analytics solutions
• Train HR team members on HRIS functionalities and reporting tools to ensure self-service analytics adoption
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to acquire and integrate data from multiple sources
• Develop methodologies for data collection, analysis, and visualization to support organizational objectives Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst.
• Proficiency in BusinessObjects Technologies is a requirement.
• Must have expertise in Cognos Business Intelligence.
• Familiarity with Dax Technologies is essential.
• Experience with Informatica is a prerequisite.
• Should have sound knowledge of Maps API.
• The ability to use Analytics effectively is necessary.
• Must have in-depth understanding of Business Intelligence (BI).
• Proficient in Business Intelligence Technologies.
• Capable of creating a Business Requirement Document.
• Must be able to work efficiently with Business Users.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI is a requirement.
• Knowledge of HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems is a plus. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
