Responsibilities• Gather, analyze, and interpret large data sets to generate actionable insights, reports, and dashboards.
• Work with the Product, Pricing and Commercial Teams to understand their data needs, identify key metrics, and define requirements for BI solutions.
• Create interactive dashboards, using tools like PowerBI, to present data insights and track business performance metrics.
• Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge.
• Communicate and provide training to end users on BI tools and prepare documentation to support ongoing BI system use.
• Work closely with the Customer Solution teams within their focus areas: Service Contracts and Connected Solutions for ICE and BEV vehicles, to enhance the business performance and customer value proposition.
