How You Can Help We are hiring a Business Intelligence Developer to be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of BI reporting solutions utilizing SSRS, DOMO and/or other reporting tools. Collaborate across departments and business units within the organization to effectively collect necessary data and assist in developing solutions to meet business needs. Responsibilities The Impact You Can Make As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will be responsible for: Building, managing and streamlining the ETL processes between multiple sources (EMRs, HRIS, accounting, etc.). Identifying and reporting any data quality issues. Utilizing all components of company business systems tools including EMR, HR, Labor Reporting, and CRM and associated applications to implement statistical and financial reporting. Managing data integration services that consolidate information from varying business units and requirements. Helping to develop, maintain, and measure key quality and performance metrics for the organization in our Business Intelligence Tool. Designing, developing, deploys, and supporting sustainable BI solutions such as dashboards, scorecards, and various other forms of data visualization. Producing detailed reports at the, corporate, business unit, department and provider levels while coordinating with the operations team for communication. Modifying current reports to encompass larger data sets, automatically update, send out reports, and allow for future alterations and updates. Participating in user research and usability testing to help improve the end user experience. Special Projects as assigned by senior level management. Qualifications What You’ll Need To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. Bachelor’s degree in Math, Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business, and/or related field 3+ years experience developing and publishing visualizations, insight driven reports and dashboards with extensive experience with DOMO, MS Power BI, and Tableau SQL knowledge required 1+ years working with and supporting business and/or technology users in the area of business intelligence, cloud-based data platforms, and data warehousing Database management skills including querying, reporting, and document generation. Goal- and result-oriented, as well as self-motivated with a sense of professional curiosity, desire to learn new things, and to find / recommend solutions to problems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Must have the ability to remain calm in stressful situations, to be flexible, to work well with many interruptions and have skill in multi-tasking. Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA and CMS guidelines Computer Skills: Proficiency and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point applications. Experience in working with various EMR and medical billing systems.
