Key job responsibilities
A Day in the Life: As our Business Intelligence Engineer, you will:

- Work closely with program managers to develop BI and analytics solutions that provide visibility into transportation issues, opportunities, and performance
- Build and analyze key metrics to uncover trends, identify root causes, and surface improvement opportunities
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines, reports, visualizations, and dashboards to drive data-driven decision-making
- Create and optimize transportation metrics to deliver actionable insights related to operational excellence and customer experience
- Collaborate with engineers to architect and implement automated data solutions
- Develop a deep understanding of Amazon's supply chain and transportation ecosystem
