Position Overview The Business Intelligence Manager, ViiV is responsible for continuously consolidating, analyzing, and reporting insights for Dovato and Rukobia to understand “what is happening with these brands today”. The Manager will work to analyze product and market trends and to identify opportunities and risks for both brands and support attainment of brand priorities. The BI Manager will work with the BI Director to be accountable for partnering with multidisciplinary teams to analyze key issues in real time and translate outputs from analyses into actionable solutions for the Dovato and Rukobia brands. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, capable of proactively identifying potential applications of analytics and proposing solutions, rather than always reacting to business requests. The individual will need to understand the market fundamentals, competitive environment, and analytic techniques to discuss the findings with business partners. The Manager will report to the Director, Business Intelligence at ViiV. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following… Build structured approaches to test hypotheses, extract actionable insights from data, and develop recommendations to drive business performance Act as steward of critical brand level insights and be the key conduit in relaying the brand narrative, including the ability to communicate complex information succinctly for consumption by leadership and educate cross functionally to matrix stakeholders Responsible for promoting data-driven decision-making in our commercial organization by delivering clear data and analytic stories and ensuring the opportunities and risk are well understood Triage brand and market questions and reconcile implications to support the execution of brand initiatives Play a key role interacting with brand teams and senior leaders; lead with agility to effectively deploy team efforts Provide insight to support continuous improvement of processes, analytical tools, and vendor management optimization Have a seat at the table and support the evaluation of business initiatives and proposals.
