Our priority is working with integrity to improve the health and well-being of people and communities where we operate, working towards making a positive impact in the world._ **Main responsibilities** As a Business Intelligence Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing a range of initiatives to improve the efficiency of reporting across CEE countries. **This position can be based in Kyiv or Budapest.** + Lead and promote a culture of data driven approaches to contribute to country strategic and executional choices and constructively challenge the business + Run analysis and generate business insights that drive business growth:sellout selling, customer dashboards, ecommerce, innovation analysis + Cooperate with leadership to understand the goals, requirements and priorities and translate into advanced BI solutions + Provide facts based recommendations to improve business performance + Lead BI community (search for new solutions, inspiration, training, guidance) + Design and develop automated reports and dashboards (clear, user friendly, insightful and tailored) + Manage various data systems, models + Maintain and further develop Power BI **_About you_** Experience: + Strong background in Business Intelligence/Analytics/Data Science roles + Ecommerce performance and analytics experience is a plus + Previous experience in pharma business is a plus + Ownership and leadership in project management Skills: + Can manage multiple types of projects at a time + Strong Verbal and written communications - Able to build convincing data-driven “stories” Technical skills: + Experience in Power BI (data modeling, DAX and data visualization) is must + Deep Excel Proficiency - for ex can do hands-on simple correlations or projections in Excel, Power Query, Power Table Education: + University degree in statistics, econometrics, economics, data science/information technology or similar Languages: + Fluent knowledge of English **When joining our team, you will experience:** + An international work environment, in which you can develop your talent and realize ideas and innovations within a competent team + An attractive, market-oriented salary and cafeteria benefits + Flexible home office policy, with a possibility to work up to 60% of time from home / where you can easily schedule your office days + Collective life and accident insurance + Yearly medical check-up + An individual and well-structured introduction and training of new employees and we will dedicate a Buddy for you to better navigate in your first weeks + Your own career path within Sanofi.
