Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
+ Market Data Management
+ Business Analytics (MABI – Market Analytics & Business Intelligence)
+ Health Economics and Real Word Evidence
+ Continue to develop and strengthen the business analytical capabilities in the Affiliate
+ Provide data support for AMT and other internal departments (Commercial, Market access, Communication & Patient Relation, Finance, Government Affairs etc.)
+ Provide support to Brand Teams & active participation in Brand Team meetings
+ Support Brand Team Leaders on 175 IBP, market data analytics, brand performance analytics, predictive analytics related to business performance
+ Provide data for demand, catalyze demand process monthly, connecting market data with forecast
+ Identify opportunities to improve and simplify access to BI data & information
+ Developing / Updating Sales & Marketing Dashboards and associated Deliverables
+ Implement Global Solutions or BI programs (e.g. Fusion) and localize Global BI tools, enhancing continuously Master Data Management in the Affiliate
+ Support development and measurement of business performance KPIs
+ Identify & support in new suppliers’ selection and evaluation for market data
+ Regularly assess information needs of Brand Teams & propose methods for brand KPI’s performance tracking
+ Support the identification and analysis of new product/lines of business and in-licensing opportunities, as required.
+ Give support to Senior Management in order to consolidate strategy and performance on the basis of objective use of market data.
+ Performance Management – prepare, consolidate and analyze Sales Team performance, monthly, quarterly, yearly and propose solution for improvement of sales management performance principles; offers support to CEX manager in Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) implementation
+ Use business dashboards (QlikView, QlikSense) in order to improve decision making for business owners (sales, marketing, claw-back, company performance, MAP etc.)
+ Develop and communicate industry, customer, brand and market knowledge to the affiliate to help establish appropriate corporate and brand strategies and objectives; Update affiliate on external environment (competitive intelligence)
+ Implementation and execution of Business Intelligence projects and plans for franchises and portfolio products, ensuring that all projects fit into the overall franchise and portfolio strategic plans
+ Market Data Management – work closely with market data provider, prepare monthly reports & analysis
+ Management and control of the budget for the BI projects assigned by the CEx Manager
+ Build Health economic models: cost effectiveness analysis, budget impact analysis
+ Develops and uses analytic methods to generate Real-World Evidence to support pre-and post-marketing activities
Qualifications
• Business orientation and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, market data management and advanced business analytics
• Knowledge of efficiency and indicators for the sales team, as well as fundamental aspects of financial performance of affiliates
• Knowledge of basic SFA (Salesforce Automation) processes and tools, knowledge of QlikSense, QlikView is an advantage
• Advanced MS Office usage skills, especially Excel
• Good understanding of organizational processes and procedures
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry practices and new developments in business forecasting
• Knowledge of CRM, SFE, CLM tools and systems is an advantage
• Experience in economic analysis: 3-5 years
• Experience in project management: 3-5 years
• Experience with CRM tools - 1-3 years
• Experience in market data management — min. 3 years
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
