EisnerAmper is looking for a Business Intelligence & Reporting Lead to spearhead the Enterprise Data Warehouse Solutions. In this position, you will oversee the seamless integration, architecture, and analytics of data solutions, ensuring they align with the firm’s Data Strategy.

The ideal candidate will be both a technical leader and a strategic thinker, able to work within a global team and engage with stakeholders across the organization. This role is key to designing and delivering scalable data pipelines, warehouses, and analytics solutions that generate actionable insights to support informed business decisions.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

Lead and mentor a team of BI/Data Engineers and Analysts, managing offshore teams for smooth project execution while ensuring efficient workload distribution and collaboration.

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to align projects and ensure seamless communication.

Oversee project timelines, deliverables, resource planning, and technical execution, ensuring successful outcomes.

Design and implement robust ETL data pipelines, data integration frameworks, and scalable analytics solutions, ensuring data quality, security, and consistency.

Define and enforce best practices for data modeling, governance, and documentation, as well as data visualization standards for impactful reports and dashboards.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, SSRS reports, and other BI solutions while optimizing and automating data workflows to improve efficiency.

Guide offshore teams in report development and ensure alignment with business requirements, quality standards, and security/compliance regulations.

Drive automation, optimization, and CI/CD/DevOps practices in BI and data engineering projects to reduce operational overhead and improve performance.

Identify opportunities for revenue growth, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation through data-driven insights.

Develop and manage data integration frameworks, ensuring data quality, consistency, scalability and security.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence/Data Engineering with a strong background in Microsoft BI technologies (SQL Server, SSIS, Power BI, SSRS, SSAS).

Preferred/ Desired Qualifications

Strong experience with Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query, and Power BI Service.

Proven expertise in data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse.

Exceptional knowledge of dimensional modeling, data marts, and data lakes.

Strong experience in performance tuning and optimization of BI solutions.

Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior executives.
