The Business Intelligence Strategist is a member of the Wealth Management Digital Client and Partner Experience (DCPX) Optimization team. Representing a large portion of capital funding, DCPX must operate highly cross-functionally throughout multiple business units and regions. In order to operate effectively, the Business Intelligence Strategist will be responsible for working collaboratively across the DCPX Optimization team members, DCPX leadership, and with Wealth Management leadership. This role will be pivotal in transforming data into actionable insights, driving strategic decision-making, and enhancing operational efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for using data to inform business strategies. This role will also be an expert at storytelling through clean and clear data visualization skills.
Major Duties
Data Analysis and ReportingDevelop and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track DCPX performance and insightsConduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across DCPX and partner departments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver insights aligned with business goalsData ManagementEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting and analytics tools in partnership with Wealth Management data teamsWith Wealth Management data teams, manage data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to optimize data flowStrategy DevelopmentProvide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to inform business decisionsParticipate in the development and execution of DCPX data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiencies and drive improvementsStakeholder CollaborationWork closely with DCPX and Wealth Management senior leadership to understand their analytical needs and deliver insights that support strategic initiativesCommunicate findings at appropriate DCPX wide and expanded leadership group meetings effectively to influence decision making.Working with Us:
