Position Overview                                                

We are looking for a person who will lead a virtual team that will concentrate on bridging the gap between organizations that builds complex technical component and the requirements to offer systematic, consistent and evolving solutions to our customers.​

In this role you will ensure we have industry leading, differentiated and competitive solutions to sell in our core and adjacent market.

Your Effectiveness will be measured against a virtual P&L of the respective business lines.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Business Plan: Define & deliver a business plan:

Commit to a strategic OI plan.

Define and qualify the 5-year pipeline in accordance with regional leadership.

Define and execute a strategy to ensure high PWIN across the pipeline.

Business Solutions: Work with dedicated stakeholders to develop business solutions:

Identify technology needs linked to customer requirements.

Lead funding mechanisms for identified technology needs (e.g.backlog, investment books, R&D)

Strategic Alignment: Lead cross-regional market segment teams:

Solutions and B&P team alignment

Develop expertise & mentoring opportunities.

Recommend staffing of pipeline / opportunities.

Governance / Success Criteria ​Provide continual:​

Progress on the business plan via Objectives & Key Results ​

Quarterly XMR reporting​

L2A Pursue-No Pursue gatekeeping. ​

Qualifications: 

Highly effective motivator and people leader. 

Individual with strong leadership abilities who can lead by influence strong team of professionals. 

Individual who works well in a highly team-oriented environment. 

Excellent business acumen with the ability to make sound business decisions in a highly competitive, fast-moving environment, often under conditions of uncertainty. 

Strong communication skills, oral and written, with an ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people including employees, customers and partners. 

Education and Experience: 

Minimum of 10 years experience in business development, capture management, sales, proposal or program management activities

experience shaping and capturing big strategic deals (min 500M$) in complex OEM / governmental environments.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering/sciences or administration or equivalent background and experience. 

Be able to hold a NATO SECRET Security Clearance
