Our client, a prominent AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a Business Litigation Associate Attorney to join its New York office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-stakes litigation, including workouts and judicial commercial foreclosures, in a collaborative and client-focused environment.

  Candidate Profile: JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Active Bar Admission in New York. 3–5 years of substantive experience with business litigation and creditor’s rights, including workouts and judicial commercial foreclosures. Experience handling cases in New York state, federal, and bankruptcy courts is required. Clerkship experience is preferred. Active New Jersey Bar Admission and experience in New Jersey courts is preferred. Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. Ability to manage cases independently and as part of a collaborative team. Eager to take on challenging litigation matters and contribute to trial strategy.     Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in business litigation and creditor’s rights cases, including workouts, judicial commercial foreclosures, and bankruptcy proceedings. Handle litigation in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts, including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda. Manage discovery, including depositions, document production, and expert witness preparation. Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on case matters. Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation. Advocate for clients in hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.     Why Join Us?
