Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a highly-skilled and motivated Junior-Level Associate Attorney to join their Business Litigation Practice Group in Dallas. This is a growth position offering significant mentorship opportunities and a clear path for advancement within the firm.

Candidate Profile: JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Candidates must be in the top third of their law school class. Bar Admission in Texas. 2–4 years of substantive experience in commercial litigation. Experience handling general civil and commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts. Familiarity with the litigation landscape in real estate, construction, technology, and financial services industries. Prior AmLaw 200 experience required. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to draft complex legal arguments effectively. Strong organizational and matter management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines under pressure.

 

Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters across various industries. Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and briefs. Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and clients in a fast-paced legal environment.
