As a Business Management Analyst within our Branch, you will play a crucial role in strategic planning, financial analysis, and process improvement. You will work closely with our business leaders to monitor performance, support decision-making, and contribute to the success of our operations. Your insights will help us navigate market developments and enhance our business strategies, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Line of Businesses in strategic analysis, planning, and project activities. Monitor business performance and provide quality MIS reporting to senior management. Understand local market developments and update relevant business heads. Collaborate on deals and pipelines, creating management presentations and reports. Contribute to annual revenue and cost budgeting activities. Participate in budget planning and perform regular financial controls. Engage in New Business Initiative Assessment and Change Management Projects. Support corporate governance activities and attend regulatory meetings. Prepare meeting minutes and materials for management and committee meetings. Conduct analysis on regulatory changes and present findings to business lines. Support internal audits and follow up on action items with LOBs. Assist in Resiliency & Disaster Recovery processes and event organization. Support the Chairman of the Board in preparing for Board of Managers meetings.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Previous experience in business management or financial analysis. Turkish language requirement.  Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS

Experience in the financial services industry. Knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks. Familiarity with project management methodologies. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment. Fix-term contract for maternity cover.
