As a Business Management Associate in the Private Bank EMEA team, you will support the CEO in driving strategic initiatives and running the day-to-day of the wealth management business across the region. You will collaborate with diverse teams, providing analytics and insights to shape the future of our business. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with various markets and internal teams, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional wealth management services.

Job Responsibilities

Provide strategic analysis and insights to senior management on business growth plans Prepare analysis and presentation materials for senior management forums Assist with strategic business improvement  Execute ad hoc large-scale projects across the business Partner with regional teams on initiatives and reporting Collaborate with finance to track progress against priorities and investment flows Help with preparation of agendas, workshops, town halls and other events

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Motivated and proactive mindset Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal High attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Flexibility to work as part of a team and independently Strong organizational and time management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Financial work experience, preferably within Private Banking Fluency in English Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
