As a Business Management Associate within the AM Business Management team, you will be an integral part of the Asset and Wealth Management business, promoting solutions daily. This role is designed for an Associate who will contribute team memberly, supporting our global structure from our extension in India. The dynamic role of a business manager can vary across different lines of business, aligning with their respective priorities.
Job Responsibilities:
Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques.Producing key operational metrics presentation, reports and dashboards for the senior management on regular / ad hoc basisFollow up with business and other stakeholders to close on any open items. Communicate effectively with key stakeholders / business partners to understand projects, controls, reporting and drive them to executionIdentify key business risks on the platform and drive resolution of mitigating controlsSupport audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables; help drive specific action plans and deliverables within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) frameworkParticipate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processesProvide implementation support including testing of new policies, technology tools and business requirementsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related areaMinimum 3 years of total experience in similar roleMulti-task and prioritize to make sure multiple projects are making progress and prioritize as per business requirementsGood analytical skills to understand and formulate the problem by looking at reports / processes and build solutionsDemonstrates ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agendaExcellent communication, organizational and project management and prioritization skillsIntermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Exposure to Project Management / Business Intelligence toolsAlteryx, Tableau, etc. would be a plusSelf-motivated, tenacious, and able to work with high degree of independenceAbility to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisionsAsset / Wealth Management sector experience is preferable
