Manage the delivery of standardized reports (on Finance headcount) to our Departmental / Regional COO clients on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis, some of which include commentary on observed trends Provide value-add analytics on client queries to support strategic decision making Project work with Business Intelligence (BI) developers on automation and dashboard development projects, including the creation of Business Requirements Documents, performing testing and managing the progress of each project to completion Mentoring junior members of team by providing training, managing workload and reviewing tasks completedYou have:
Bachelor's degree in business-related discipline and min 4 years of relevant work experience (within a COO, reporting or business management function is an advantage) Good interpersonal skills; effective written and oral communication abilities in English Sound numeric and analytical skills Accuracy, attention to detail, good organization, and time management skills Flexibility to adapt to changing environments quickly and effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office (VBA, Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI knowledge is an advantage)Team Profile:
The Budapest Centralized Management department, within Finance, is responsible for providing valuable insight to Senior Management to support their strategic decision making. Within this department, the Business Management Team, comprised locally of 12 individuals, works closely with various Finance Office of the COO functions and key business partners across the Firm to cover Business Management, Workforce Management, Strategic Initiatives, Management Reporting and Process Centralization / Optimization.
