We are looking for you to join our team as a Business Management Manager 1 based out of Linthicum, MD. This position offers the 9/80 schedule.
What You Will Get to Do:
The Business Management Manager 1 will lead the F-35 Sensor Production Portfolio within the F-35 Sensor Production and Development OU, reporting to the OU Business Manager for F-35 Sensor Production and Development..
Business Management Manager 1 roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Program resource management, including cost estimation, allocation, tracking, and analysisPreparation and presentation of financial data to internal and external customers, including variance analysis and forecastCompliance and financial reporting in support of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monthly Indicated Finals (IF)EVMS oversight with COBRA reporting to satisfy internal/external deliverables.Comprehensive Estimate-at-Complete (CEAC) preparation and reviewAssistance with contract negotiationsSupport of pricing and proposal activitiesReview of contractual documents, including Technical Task OrdersSubcontractor invoicing and fundingOn-going collaboration with the customer and functional teamsManagement and development of Program Control Analyst (PCA) staffBasic Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
Bachelor's degree with 6 years of professional industry related experience - OR – a Master’s degree with 4 years of professional industry related experience.Will consider 10 years of applied experience in lieu of degree requirementPrior experience in finance, accounting and/or program controlUnderstanding of DOD contracts, government Cost Accounting Standards, and the FARExperience with Earned Value and performance measurement baseline concepts and ability to apply them to multiple contracts, CLINs and control accounts.Prior experience in a Program Control Environment - setting up cost control system, and monitoring costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control systemProficient in Microsoft Office suite and SAPPrior experience preparing and presenting financial analysis to team and/or management.A current/active DoD Secret clearance.Preferred Qualifications:

Salary Range: $99,800.00 - $149,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
