You will be a direct report to Mission Enable Products Business Management and matrix to Propulsion Operating Unit Product Director. You will partner with the Operating Unit Director and Program Managers to manage all financial aspects to achieve the Business Unit’s financial and strategic objectives.
Your Role & Impact:
Coordinate and lead all business management functions including but not limited to quarterly EAC process, financial forecasting, monthly reporting, earned value management and pricingProvide financial business analysis and reporting with the ability to clearly communicate with senior management as it relates to financial program status and analysesCoordinate and Develop business strategy with both FP&A and Product Director to enable accurate forecasting and long-range planningOversee key line forecasting, work authorization, implementation of earned value (EV) reporting, program budgeting, estimate at complete development, and various financial reporting activitiesAssist in coordinating proposals from draft RFP to award, including review of RFP, FAR clauses, coordination with subcontractor flow-downs, basis of estimates, indirect rates, pricing strategies, cash management, negotiation strategy and oversight, and presenting to Senior ManagementOther duties as assignedAs a leader with integrity, you ensure ethical conduct, balanced results, and partner satisfaction. What You Bring to the Table - Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years professional work experience that includes management or leadership experience – OR – Master’s degree with 6+ years professional work experience that includes management or leadership experienceWill consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degreeExperience with program proposals, cost and schedule control, program budgeting and forecasting for both DoD and International ProgramsKnowledge of ERP Systems and MS ProjectMust be willing to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret, Top-Secret, etc.)What Sets You Apart:
Earned Value (EVMS) and financial reporting experience on a variety of contract typesExperience in managing EAC’s on challenging programsExperience working with CostPoint and IBM Planning and Analytics toolsFamiliarity with the risk management process and the development of S-Curve modeling for proposals and schedule risk assessmentsExperience leading teams and developing talent across multiple footprintsYou'll be a great fit if you:

Salary Range: $129,300.00 - $193,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
