This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Patriot PAD leading the emerging Netherlands portfolio. The successful candidate will lead the management of cost control, EVMS compliance and execution of the existing backlog. Additionally this position offers the opportunity to support the capture of new business with a potential value of ~$1B.

What You Will Do:

The candidate will lead and manage a finance team of 1-3 finance professionals depending on follow on pursuits. As the Business Manager you will be a key member of the Program Leadership Team and will be responsible for leadership and influence of the various Raytheon Execution Teams along with forming partnerships with your external customer. The selected individual will be responsible for all aspects of the financial control including review of the financial forecasts, manpower reporting / operational workforce planning, development of the annual operating plan and long range plan, Earned Value reporting, EACs, funding analysis, proposals, negotiations and gate support. This position requires proactive leadership and significant partnership with the Program Directors, Program Managers, and Technical teams to ensure alignment regarding strategy, operating and financial objectives as well as being responsible for all elements of the financial interaction with Customer representatives.

This position is contingent upon award of the first DCS award slated for December 2024. Some travel may be required. This role is being offered onsite in Andover, MA with no relocation assistance being offered.

Responsibilities to Anticipate: 

Lead a team of 1-3 direct reports through coordination and execution program start up activities, ad hoc proposal support, monthly forecasting, Annual Operating Plans, Long Range Plans

Must be comfortable working closely with senior and executive level leadership

Solve complex problems quickly & effectively, excellent communication & presentation skills, and can mentor/lead earlier career finance analysts

Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

Typically requires 8 years of related work experience; OR an Advanced degree and 5 years of related work experience

Experience with SAP, APEX, PRISM, AO and/or Rplan

Experience with data analysis and reporting

Advanced experience with MS Office products (Excel, Word and/or PowerPoint)

Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience in communicating financial concepts, trends and variances to organization

Shows initiative by seeking ways to improve processes and data analysis

Works under general direction and participates in choosing objectives of assignment

Excellent communication skills (written and oral), with ability to work with and communicate seamlessly with manager(s) and program personnel across various locations and time zones 

Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis

Experience with application of finance principles, concepts, practices, and standards

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
