This role is instrumental in overseeing daily administrative operations, contributing to strategic planning, and ensuring strict adherence to financial policies and regulations. The incumbent will be responsible for safeguarding financial stability, upholding university and regulatory compliance, and supporting the department’s clinical, research, and teaching missions.The position’s key responsibilities includes tasks such as budget analysis, report generation, monitoring expenditures, and collaborating with other departments on financial matters. Additionally, the Program Manager will oversee administrative operations, provide support to departmental divisions, and manage the department’s operational and administrative staff. Education and Experience: + Experience with PeopleSoft preferred. + University and/or health care experience is preferred. Essential Skills: + Proficient in financial software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. + Possessing strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, the candidate demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. + A proven track record in problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making, customer service, negotiation, and consulting is essential. + Experience in developing and managing various budget types, including forecasting and projection, is required. + Advanced Excel proficiency is a must.
