Business Manager

Objective of Role 

NI Emerson is committed to making the cars we drive safer as a best-in-class Automotive Test and Measurement company. As a Business Manager for this exciting industry, you will have the opportunity to help our customers keep up with the pace of innovation in Autonomous Driving, Software Defined Vehicles, Radar, Domain and Zonal ECUs in both the validation and production space.  The Business Manager focuses on driving revenue growth and rapidly growing market presence by developing and implementing critical initiatives to promote products and services externally in this space. 

 

This role involves activities such as market analysis, product, systems and solutions positioning, pricing strategy, and driving go-to-market plans. The Business Manager will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure successful engagements and sustained market growth. The Business Manager primarily focuses on external market-facing activities such as product, system and solution promotion, market expansion, and strategic partnerships. They will work to build opportunities and establish relationships to drive revenue growth. 

 

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Research and define TAM/SAM/SOM and share of wallet for all of the key products, systems, and solutions that make up NI’s ASE business   Develop and implementing go-to-market strategies for the ADAS, Software and Electronics business  Identify business opportunities and foster strategic partnerships  Conduct market analysis and defining product, system and solutions positioning for the ASE business  Coordinate with cross-functional teams on driving revenue within the ASE business  Conceptualize marketectures, systems and solutions to be introduced in the ASE space  Develop value proposition and cases for investment around the ASE business  Build extensive knowledge of emerging market technology and conducting competitive analysis  Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our ASE business 

 

 

For This Role, You Will Need:

Understanding of the automotive industry specifically in the Autonomous Driving and Software Defined Vehicle space  Understanding the key trends and players in ADAS, Software and Electronics testing and production space  Shown strategic and tactical success resulting in driving products or programs to a successful launch  Shown leadership in business planning to deliver a result  History of influencing external partners and marshaling internal resources to deliver sophisticated solutions  Proven record of leading cross-functional teams through influence to deliver on business needs  Education background in bachelors or master’s STEM degree preferred  Experience in working with multifaceted cultures & countries, as part of a global organization  Excellent verbal and written English skills required  5+ years of experience in automotive or related industry experience    Existing relationships with automotive OEMs/Tier 1 suppliers preferred   Travel: Some international travel could be required on an irregular basis
