Job Description
The Store Manager will oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and experience in the OPE industry or a related field.
ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day store operations to ensure the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales associates, technicians, and support staff.Ensure inventory is properly stocked, organized, and maintained.Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage inventory levels, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of products.Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, and prepare regular reports for senior management.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and sales.Resolve customer complaints and handle any issues that arise in a professional and timely manner.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.Essential SkillsAccountingHuman resourcesFinanceCustomer serviceOperations managementFinancial analysisPayrollInventory managementAdditional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the outdoor power equipment, automotive, or related industry.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage financial performance.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in using retail management software and tools.Knowledge of outdoor power equipment and related products is a plus.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $80000.00
