Description Position Overview: Our client is seeking a full-time, temporary to hire Business Manager to oversee all financial aspects of their organization and drive strategic financial planning. This key leadership role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional financial management expertise who can supervise the organization’s financial operations, provide insightful analysis, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The Business Director will play a vital role in advancing the organization’s mission and long-term goals. Key Responsibilities: + Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support organizational growth and sustainability. + Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, audits, and internal controls. + Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to the leadership team. + Ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant laws and regulations, maintaining the integrity of financial statements. + Manage cash flow, investments, and capital allocation to align with organizational priorities. + Supervise payroll and related functions. + Manage relationships with key external stakeholders, including auditors, insurance providers, banks, attorneys, and regulatory agencies. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required) + 2–5 years of experience in financial leadership (preferred). + Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
