π About the Position
We are seeking a Business Manager to oversee office management functions, customer service, and facility/hospice account management in Concord, NC. This role ensures seamless coordination between order entry, confirmations, customer service, and software management while maintaining strong relationships with facility and hospice clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in customer service and operations management.
+ Oversee all office management tasks, ensuring efficient administrative and customer service operations.
+ Manage customer service processes and ensure timely responses to patient and facility inquiries.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for hospice and facility clients, ensuring strong relationships and service alignment.
+ Oversee order entry and confirmation processes, ensuring order accuracy and timely fulfillment.
+ Implement and maintain best practices for managing software systems including Dragonfly, Qualis, and Bonafide.
+ Coordinate with the Operations Manager to ensure logistical and service alignment.
+ Monitor performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, order processing accuracy, and service response times.
+ Train and develop office staff to maintain high levels of performance and efficiency.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
+ Continuously assess and improve business operations to enhance efficiency and service quality.
+ Perform other duties as necessary to support the organization's vision, mission, and values.
π What Weβre Looking For
+ Strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee office operations and ensure efficient administrative processes.
+ Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with facility and hospice clients.
+ Experience managing order entry, confirmation processes, and business operations for seamless service delivery.
+ Ability to monitor performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, order processing accuracy, and service response times.
+ Proficiency in managing software systems such as Dragonfly, Qualis, and Bonafide is a plus.
π Qualifications for Success
+ Two-year college degree required; four-year degree preferred.
+ Experience in office management, customer service, or business operations required.
+ Experience in the healthcare, hospice, or DME industry preferred.
+ Familiarity with software and order management systems preferred.

+ $60,000 - $65,000 per year, dependent on experience.
