Job Description
Work Schedule: FreelanceLocation: São Paulo, SP, Brazil (Hybrid)
The Business Manager will manage a variety of daily office administration, accounting, and project finances alongside critical organizational tasks. Reporting to the Managing Director LATAM, this individual’s work will directly impact the project management and local deliverables by enabling financially healthy projects execution and providing key data points to leadership for forecasting and decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications:Full professional proficiency in English for direct communication with our North American headquartersAdvanced skills in Excel or Google SheetsStrong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, embracing onboarding and growth opportunitiesExcellent mathematical skillsInquisitive and honest, with the ability to challenge the status quo constructivelyDesired Qualifications:Solid experience in a similar role, ideally in an international advertising agencyExperience generating query-based reports from various data sourcesFamiliarity with integrating AI tools and workflows into daily tasksA proactive and ambitious attitude when facing new challengesYou’re not simply talented, but also optimistic, driven, empathetic, trustworthy, and kindWhat You'll do:Manage office operations, finances, tax compliance, payroll, reconciliations, timely payments, and vendor relationshipsManage accounts receivable, invoicing, and financial reporting in Genome - Klick's proprietary internal operating system that integrates and automates various aspects of the organization's workflow. It acts as the backbone for managing projects, processes, and communication across teams. Genome includes tools for resource allocation, financial management, project tracking, employee engagement, and more, helping teams collaborate efficiently and ensuring alignment with business goalsInterface with North America and Brazil's payroll, statutory requirements, and freelancer paymentsSupport month-end closing and transfer pricing dutiesServe as the main interface between the LATAM office and North American teams#LI-LP2 #LI-Hybrid
