As a Business Manager, you will be responsible in developing and leading assigned products to its optimal potential throughout the product lifecycle. Additionally, you will develop sales representatives’ ability to influence customers’ prescribing behaviours to deliver target sales and build AstraZeneca’s long-term business within the district
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
New Product launch with solid pre-launch planDesigns, implement and evaluates marketing activities of assigned brand, which may include distribution channel solutionsUnderstand the customers and environment by conducting market research.Formulate and implement the Marketing Strategy and support the sales team to deliver the sales objectives and initiatives.Build KEE endorsement and demonstrate high level of product knowledge in the therapy area.Monitor performance and A&P budget.Complete Brand reviews, own brand financial planning cycles, as well as lead CFT in the development of robust Brand Strategic & Execution PlansSales
Responsible for accuracy of monthly sales forecastDevelop and ensure optimal execution of key accounts plans , field tactics program and territory plans by teamDevelop district Business Plan based on key objectives and allocate resourcesMaintain contact and relationship with key accounts/customers and update district customer database and target segmentation regularlyCoach and develop team including recruitment, performance management and trainingEssential Requirements:
Your education background is in science preferably with an MBA from a top university.You have experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing.You are fluent in English with strong communication skills.You adapt quickly and flexible in a dynamic learning environment.AstraZeneca is an equal opportunity employer.
