We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader - Business Manager - to drive performance, innovation, and growth within our operations. As a key member of the team, you will oversee commercial and operational strategies, manage large-scale projects, and lead a diverse, high-performing team. + Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement commercial and operational strategies to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction through market insights and deep customer understanding.
+ Financial & Operational Management: Oversee P&L, budget development, and cost management. Monitor revenue activities, manage project flow, and ensure alignment with financial targets.
+ Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, maintain a strong pipeline, and collaborate with Sales and Business Development to meet P&L goals.
+ Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, setting clear performance objectives and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
+ Customer Relations & Market Insights: Build strong customer relationships, analyze market trends, and attend industry events to enhance visibility and partnerships.
+ Investment & M&A: Manage capital investments and M&A processes, ensuring financial targets and integration timelines are met.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong, flexible networks within the organization and with customers to drive quality, operational efficiency, and satisfaction.
+ Education: A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
+ Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a leadership/management role, ideally in both Sales and fulfillment functions or general management.
+ Cross-Functional Experience: Proven experience leading or participating in cross-functional or global projects, or working across multiple functions or regions. Experience managing large Capex projects with diverse stakeholders is a plus.
+ Leadership: Strong experience leading both technical and commercial teams, with the ability to manage and guide highly skilled staff.
+ Business & Financial Acumen: Demonstrated understanding of how decisions impact business outcomes, including knowledge of DCF/ROI. Ability to think strategically and manage diverse teams effectively.
+ Employee Management: Skilled in setting performance expectations, managing employee relations, identifying training needs, and supporting staffing and operational planning.
+ Communication: Ability to simplify complex concepts and present information in a clear and impactful way.
+ Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret a wide range of materials, including data, financial reports, and legal documents.
+ Risk Management: Comfortable making calculated decisions and planning for contingencies.
+ Coaching & Development: Demonstrated ability to listen, learn, and coach others to achieve their potential.
+ Cultural Sensitivity: Experience working in and understanding diverse cultural environments.

+ Total Rewards : We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $132,400+ and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 20% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
