As a Business Manager within CIB F&BM, you will support the Finance & Business Management Organization, including Planning and Analyses, Markets, Global Banking, Payments, and more. Your responsibilities include organizational strategy, data analysis, budget management, and project management, ensuring the team is organized and productive.
Job Responsibilities:
Establish strong relationships across the business and functional support partners. Drive leadership team agendas, priorities, meetings, town halls, and follow-ups. Develop executive-level business review materials and messaging. Drive process improvement and innovation initiatives. Manage budgeting and expense management processes, ensuring accurate reporting. Manage real estate processes in collaboration with GRE and Business Support Management. Manage recruitment processes with HR business partners and recruitment. Evaluate department processes and infrastructure for efficiencies. Support the business head with presentations and resolving day-to-day queries. Support projects run on behalf of Finance and Business Management.Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
