University degree in business, finance, management or strategyExperience from being involved in strategy or management consulting, business modelling or business model innovation projectsSolid understanding of Business, Commercial and pricing models. Particularly, Two-Sided-market business modelsPassion for technologyThrive in a flat, fast-moving organization using lightweight processes, creative ideas and quick iteration to make a significant impactExperience in flourishing and influencing others in an environment of fast growth and ambiguityHighly responsible person who can act independently within his/her responsibility areaOrganizational skills and ability to work under time pressure with complex tasksFluent in English (both written and spoken)Capability to proactively manage dependencies, overcome obstacles and help functional teams deliver effectivelyOutstanding negotiation and presentation skillsFamiliarity with Microsoft PowerAppsAbility to create PowerPoints in a management consulting style
