The Alverno is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Office Assistant with accounts payable experience to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Process invoices and payments accurately and timely.Maintain and update vendor records.Assist with monthly reconciliations and reporting.Support the finance team with various administrative tasks.Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in accounts payable or similar role.Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, and Word)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of team.
