Business Office Associate
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Business Office Associate to support daily financial operations, assist with payroll processing, and manage employee benefits. This role involves maintaining accurate records, supporting billing and payments, and assisting with human resources tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Support:
Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including billing and payment processing.Support accounts payable processes, such as entering invoices and processing payments.Prepare and manage bank deposits and monitor petty cash.Help coordinate purchases and reconcile credit card accounts.Assist with annual audits by preparing necessary documentation.Payroll and Benefits:
Support payroll processing and review payroll data for accuracy.Assist with employee benefits enrollment and updates.Coordinate new employee onboarding and maintain HR records.Help manage retirement plan contributions and related payroll deductions.Qualifications:
