Business Office Coordinator Bear Mountain Healthcare is currently seeking a full-time candidate as our Business Office Coordinator. This would be a split position between West Roxbury Health & Rehabilitation Center located in West Roxbury, Ma and Mattapan Health & Rehabilitation Center located in Mattapan, Ma. Requirements: This position requires either a high school degree or a BA in Accounting or Business with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in the business office of a healthcare facility. Knowledge of the Point Click Care system and RFMS is preferred. The right candidate will have good communication skills, ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines and the ability to be detailed oriented. The Individual will meet with the Administrator on past due private and Medicaid pending accounts weekly as well as prepare and attend monthly A/R meetings.
