We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at WCDL in Hawthorne, CA for a Regional Laboratory Business Administrator.
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
Partner with assigned General Managers with management of the lab, including preparation of reports related to sales, labor, productivity, material usage and budget performance. Partner with assigned General Managers and Regional Operations Directors on trainings and compliance to SOPs along with supporting with the creation of SOPs. Ensure safety, sanitation, legal and environmental compliance are met. Manage FDA QMS process Build solid relationships with staff members in customer offices or labs within NDX network including participation in local, regional and state dental staff organizations, when needed. Assist with HR related items such as hiring/onboarding orientation, benefits and other team member needs as they arise. Manage purchasing team by: Ensuring inventory levels are being generated and Purchase Orders are placed in Oracle to ensure necessary quantities are available; ordering the materials through the vendor. Validate balancing of inter-company accounts Manage the team by implementing a tracking system for all orders and verifies accuracy of shipment and pricing against purchase order upon receipt. Develop processes, approves and codes invoices accordingly for payment; and follows established procedures to process and document returns Support in lab closing process and cycle counts Collaborate with NDX Finance and Accounting functional departments to identify areas of opportunity and enhance interdependent relationships. Manage all internal control aspects of the laboratory and assist senior management in maintaining a strong pursuit of Operational Excellence. Oversee and manage budget activities; follow budget and compare to monthly laboratory income statement, research discrepancies. Review preliminary financial statements and discuss with Senior Management. Provide accruals to NDX Accounting team Consult with assigned General Managers and Regional Operations Directors to devise action plans to achieve desired financial results. Assist with making proactive calls to follow up on completed cases for new and existing doctors and/or for new products, as they arise. Follow-up with accounts past due to insure timely collection of monies due and that commitments are adhered to as well as manage the timely posting of cash to accounts and the reconciliation process. Liaison between the lab and IT Department Negotiate and partner with General Managers to approve agreements with internal and external stakeholders Manage the overall operations of the facility by overseeing facility/maintenance staff, planning and or implementing projects, adhering to the department budget and ordering supplies when needed. Oversee Employee Activity/Engagement Committee and Safety Committees at assigned labs All other duties as assigned.Skills and Abilities Required:
