About the Role: Medallia is leading the way in Customer Experience and Engagement Management and is looking for an exceptionally talented operational leader to execute on strategic GTM initiatives. The GTM Operations Manager is the critical link between product, marketing, customer service, finance, and sales. You will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing operational processes that puts Medallia teams in lockstep. This person will be highly invested in process, calendars, milestones, and due dates. They will need to have high attention to detail, work autonomously, have relentless organization and prioritization, and exhibit exceptional judgement. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Operations, the GTM Operations, Manager will be the key person bringing together Product and Sales Operations to execute against Medallia’s GTM Strategy. As part of this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of key GTM operations programs and responsible for reporting on timelines, expected outcomes, process/system improvement recommendations, and overall impact to the business. Responsibilities Develop strong relationships and trust across Product Management, Marketing, and Sales to build, execute, and optimize the GTM operational processes to execute against GTM strategies and plans that effectively commercialize Medallia’s products and solutions. Partner with Finance, Legal, and Sales Operations to ensure successful operational rollouts of new products and solutions. Partner with the Business Operations Team and IT Team to align and operationalize all sales systems and tools to support GTM strategies including SFDC, Clari, and Netsuite. Identify opportunities for improvement in our operations by identifying, diagnosing, and implementing improvements to recalibrate processes. Strong operational mindset with a focus on business processes and scaling globally Work with Sales Leadership and Sales Enablement to support and collaborate on GTM initiatives. Evolve the maturity and discipline of the operational cadence of GTM and our business by partnering with Sales Operations, Enablement, Deal Desk, and Finance to bring data-driven insights and efficient processes to the business. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of combined experience working in product or sales-related functions within B2B technology 2+ years of enterprise software industry experience Demonstrated business partnering experience building cross-functional alignment across multiple go-to-market teams Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Systems and Tools common to an enterprise tech stack (Forecasting Tool, CRM, and Quote-to-Cash/CPQ) Strong program management skills Strong communicator with keen attention to detail. Critical thinker. Strong operational mindset with a focus on business processes and scaling globally Ability to establish and nurture relationships at the highest levels of organizations Demonstrated history of operationalizing new processes and/or GTM programs in a high-growth environment Ability to review and synthesize data in a timely manner and deliver contextualized findings to various audiences. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, written and oral communication skills, interpersonal and teamwork skills, and organizational skills. Demonstrated initiative and follow-through in a fast-paced, fluid environment while managing concurrent projects. Medallia is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $102,000 - $160,000. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors.
