TEKsystems is currently hiring a Business Analyst for a hybrid onsite role in Columbus, Ohio. Description: The Business Operations Analyst provides cross-functional business support for leaders and strategic initiatives within the IT Business Operations office with a focus on the uplift and deployment. A key element of reporting for various business operations processes. Assessing business requirements and planning for resource planning. Data visualization is a desired skill set. Monitors resources and activity across the division, including but not limited to finance, processes and operations, human capital, facilities, equipment, systems, and communication. Coordinates workforce planning operations for leader's units, including coordination with SEM fiscal team for oversight of budget coordination, purchase requisitions, contracts, and forecasting. Coordinates purchasing, manages vendor relationships and manages leader travel arrangements as needed. Assists with human resource items, including hiring and candidate search, as needed. Coordinates in the development of programs and/or applies specialized knowledge in the completion of special projects. Conducts research on various issues to prepare recommendations or resolve issues. Attends key meetings, records and transcribes concise and accurate minutes with appropriate distribution. Drafts, edits and finalizes reports and presentations as appropriate. Fosters and contributes to a collaborative office culture by supporting the leadership team. Highly resourceful team player with the ability to function effectively independently. Develops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of SEM planning and activities to understand priorities. Applies industry knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principals, and technical capabilities to perform tasks and projects. Collaborates with colleagues across the institution to accomplish tasks.
