Job Summary
• This role is responsible for driving a broad range of highly complex supply chain processes for large and complex global business units. The role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing various aspects of a company's operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. The role works closely with department heads, executives, and cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve productivity, and achieve strategic goals.
Responsibilities
• Strategically drives a broad range of complex supply chain processes, typically for large and complex global business units.
• Independently executes complex demand and supply matching activities at the highest level, connecting planning to execution, and identifying issues and their impact.
• Leads cross-functional global business unit planning teams to maintain and enhance the current business processes.
• Defines, measures, and leverages KPIs to drive continuous improvement in business operations, and converts recommendations into compelling new business plans.
• Contributes to priority projects by adding creative insights and developing recommendations.
• Communicates requirements and guidelines to the global business unit planning teams.
• Works with managers to ensure alignment with global goals and objectives, and develops and coordinates efforts for reporting and tracking.
• Facilitates and manages internal team and leadership meetings to drive business operation plans.
• Provides mentorship and coaching to junior-level staff employees
Education & Experience Recommended
• Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $102,500 - $157,850 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
