Business Operations Analyst
Experis is working with a global company in Meridian, ID for a 12 month project to start plus extensions. This will be a 4 day in office work schedule at their Meridian office. We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented team member that can help transform systems and processes as a Business Analyst. You will be responsible for both implementing new and supporting existing systems and processes for a global organization. You willparticipate in large and small-scale projects that drive the business operational service delivery objectives and align to strategic objectives. You will collaborate with global stakeholders to help formulate and execute best-in-class processes that maximize output while reducing cost and manual effort, driving use of effective technology and automation, and improving our customers overall experience. Primary Responsibilities(include, but are not limited to the following) Analyze existing system functionality and business processes in the scope of the business need and contribute to valued, cost-effective solutions that will efficiently function to support the stakeholder requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, gather, and formalize business requirements, vetting against the scope of the initiative. Collaborate with project relevant team(s) to determine best solution for identified business problem. Identify As Is and design and map To Be operational process flows Drive Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actionsto address operational gaps Perform the role of Release Manager/Champion when designated. Create, communicate, and coordinate test plans and test cases (user acceptance, security, etc.) and perform the role of Tester or Test Manager. Work with business representatives to ensure the creation of training materials (QRCs, procedures, manuals, recordings, instructor-led training, training plans, etc.) to facilitate the end users application of skills and knowledge in the workplace. Collaborate with business users to gather feedback in the early life support phase of the production release; provide this feedback to the implementation team for follow up and resolution. Serve as the primary SME and business contact on and maintain expert-level knowledge of relevant business practices, processes, and tools. Acquire and maintain certifications and professional qualifications as required. Develop a standard process for communicating changes and release notes for all projects impacting customers and business users. Qualifications: Proven ability to successfully execute tasks to specified requirements and quality standards, adjust priorities, meet deadlines, and successfully operate in a fast-paced work environment Excellent problem analysis, troubleshooting, and solving skills Attention to detail Proven ability with mapping processes Self-motivated; requires little supervision Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) Proven ability to keep sensitive material confidential Flexibility with work hours Interpersonal skills and experience working in a global team environment Required Education and/or Experience: Bachelors degree and/or equivalent work experience SFDC experience; certification is a plus Experience with an eCommerce and contact center environment is a plus If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
