Business Operations Analyst - Driver Experience
Our Operations teams work where Uber’s digital technology meets the real world. We are the local eyes on Uber’s operations team, and own city-specific business outcomes and bridge our overall business strategy with local needs. We ensure sophisticated, business-critical compliance work is done in a high-quality way and champion the core Uber experience in our cities. **About the Role** We are looking for an individual who has strong operational and analytical skills, as well as strategic business sense. This role will focus on gaining a deeper understanding of driver behavior, particularly two-wheelers. Also, support projects to enhance the overall experience and trust among drivers with Uber. Additionally, this role will support new feature launches. This is a key position that can greatly impact business and change how people move in our countries. We are currently operating in most Brazilian cities, and we have a lot of exciting projects going on! This role calls for a combination of analytics and ability to operationalize processes in a fast paced environment. **What You’ll Do** 1\. Strategic Ownership: you'll take the lead in shaping and optimizing the two-wheelers driver experience, driving initiatives to enhance satisfaction and engagement. 2\. Business Sense: Monitor, understand, and interpret drivers behavior metrics 3\. Problem Solving: Understand risks, opportunities and correlation between drivers and marketplace metrics, generating practical recommendations considering the business context 4\. Process Optimization: Implement core analyses and processes, ensuring they run efficiently 5\. Product Improvement: Understand opportunities for improvements or new features to enhance drivers overall experience with the app 6\. Stakeholder Management: Maintain productive working relationships with immediate team and cross-functional stakeholders **What You’ll Need** 1\. Data-Driven Mentality: Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation 4\. Being proactive is important in this role, having curiosity for finding insights into data and qualitative insights 5\. Communication: Portuguese and English proficiency. Able to present ideas in a comprehensive, yet succinct manner 6\. Teamwork: Demonstrate optimism, respect others, and work well in a team. Ability to work with people from a diverse set of backgrounds and responsibilities 7\. Executional Excellence: Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and ambiguous work environment 8\.
