at Home HHCAHThe analyst interprets all pertinent clinical and financial data summarizes issues and examines the market forces to present comprehensive analysesComprehensive analyses will include collation and evaluation of data from a variety of sources drawing conclusions relative to available data and identifying alternative options and recommendations prepare financial and quality impact analysis and prepare final reportsResponsible for overseeing ad hoc analysis in support of various HHC and HHCAH initiativesAnalyze synthesize and interpret clinical and financial data to identify opportunities for process improvementCreate models to forecast business variables and develop Ad Hoc analysis for senior management to assess current and historical trends and potential operational impactDevelop and maintain quality dashboards to continually assess provider performance and identify improvement opportunitiesUtilizes project management knowledge and skills for assigned projects Monitor and report project progress to objectives in timeframe scope quality cost and riskWorks with other areas within HHC such as IT or Decision Support to design systems to allow data to be easy to use and readily accessibleBecome an expert in and resource on the use of EPIC Allscripts eSolutions and other relevant clinical and financial information on systemsRepresent HHCAH on key data and analytical committees within HHCUses knowledge of systems to assist senior management in problem identification resolution options and decision making to improve department efficiency and functioningDevelop ad hoc analysis in support of HHC andor HHCAH initiativesProvides support for Performance Management activities including data analysis report card development and project
