Dun & Bradstreet is looking for a business operations analyst to join our team in the US. This role reports to the Director of Global Business Operations and will be assisting in our reporting and ad-hoc analytics that support business decision making. You will be involved in operational decisions and discussions across many areas of the business and play a key role in ensuring our revenue operations reporting and analysis are efficient and scalable. This role provides business operations support across the Digital Audiences division including revenue operations, business process improvement, technology operations and third-party engagement and compliance. You will work closely with many departments including Finance, Data Partnerships, Sales, Customer Success, Data Operations and Product. Essential Key ResponsibilitiesManage usage reports: collating, verifying, processing, and standardizing. Monitor and implement end-to-end monthly revenue processing to support delivery of verified booked revenue, monthly accruals, forecasting and other reporting to our Finance and Commercial business partners.Provide business-related insights for global commercial and leadership/executive teams by managing and executing ad-hoc report requests, where applicable create dashboards and visualizations. Support the design, documenting and implementing of new or improved business workflows and procedures, with focus on automation and processes that reduce manual intervention. Conduct quarterly reviews to ensure these are up to date. Support setting up and deploying new reporting tools and processes across the business. Facilitate adoption of these new tools by planning and conducting training for relevant teams. Managing vendor/supplier payments and client receivables. Report key results to finance for general ledger updates and commissions payout /allocation for US and global commercial teams (Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific). Stay up to date on current trends in the AdTech industry. Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree required with 2-5 years of relevant experienceAdditional Skills and/or CertificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or sales operations.Experienced in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data analysis. Knowledge of Python, SOQL.Interest in understanding digital advertising, media agency business models, online media business, audience targeting, programmatic buying and real-time bidding. Experience using business systems such as Salesforce, Looker and Power BI a plus. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of basic finance and accounting processes. Exceptional organizational and analytical skills. Self-motivated to solve problems. Good at examining, documenting, and understanding processes. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop solid working relationships.
