Job Description

We are seeking a Business Operations Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Operations. This role involves executive assistant-related duties to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will manage onboarding and offboarding processes, provide tech support for new hires, handle team scheduling and calendar invites, update reports in Excel and Smartsheets, take notes during MS Teams meetings, and create or update PowerPoints for client presentations. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for updating organizational charts with new team member information and contacts, maintaining organization, and fostering a positive attitude among internal team members.

This role requires the candidate to be onsite four days a week, with the option to work from home on Fridays. The candidate will mainly support the Director of Business Operations and is expected to be a team player. This position covers for a team member on maternity leave and is expected to go through a specific contract period (Monday-Friday).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $35.00
