Entering this domain positions you at the heart of IBM, where growth and innovation thrive. **Your role and responsibilities** The Business Operations Lead role is focused on providing operational, metrics and reporting support to the Cloud Complex Solutions team. **Required technical and professional expertise** * The Business Operations Lead role is focused on providing operational, metrics and reporting support to the Cloud Complex Solutions team. * Experience in a Business Operations, Business Analyst, Financial Analyst or equivalent role. * Expert level knowledge of using Excel for collation, analysis and reporting of complex data. * Knowledge of EPM and/or Cognos. * Demonstrated ability and experience of deriving business insights from complex data as well as summarising and presenting for executive audiences (Powerpoint). * Self-Starter who is a fast learner of technology and willing to experiment to find the best solutions **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business or Computer Science. * Knowledge of working with and analysing IBM Sales Cloud data (in EPM) an advantage. * Experience supporting a pre-sales team an advantage. * Knowledge of IBM Cloud an advantage
