Join us and reach your higher purpose at Cargill. **Job Purpose and Impact** + The Business Operations Leader sets goals and objectives for the achievement of operational results for the team responsible for operating organization wide cyber threat intelligence collection and dissemination. This job leads the team to identify, analyze, and mitigate cyber threats, maintaining a robust security posture, and facilitating compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. **Key Accountabilities** + Leads forensic investigations and liaison with employee relations teams to gather evidence and understand the impact of cyber incidents. + Oversees incident detection, response, and recovery processes to ensure effective and efficient management of cyber incidents. + Leads the operation and participates in designing to assure situational visibility for all cyber services, including foundational cyber analytics and automation. + Leads partnerships on third party compromise response activities to address and mitigate risks associated with external entities. + Leads the delivery of electronic discovery services for legal purposes in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. + Oversees and coordinates interfacing with law enforcement agencies and outside organizations to enable cooperation and information sharing during cyber incidents. + Coordinates collaboration with cybersecurity peers, data privacy partners, external experts, industry consortia, and other internal and external teams to ensure organization wide cyber threat intelligence is effective and efficient and business objectives are delivered. + Manages team members to achieve the organization's goals, by allocating resources, ensuring productivity, communicating performance expectations, creating goal alignment, giving and seeking feedback, providing coaching, measuring progress and holding people accountable, supporting employee development, recognizing achievement and lessons learned, and developing enabling conditions for talent to thrive in an inclusive team culture. **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field + 5 plus year of relevant work experience + Two plus years of supervisory experience + Expert understanding of Cyber Threat, Risk and Compliance Management. + Experience in Forensic Investigation, Incident response and E-Discovery Services + Expertise leading partnerships on Third Party Compromise and cross functional collaboration **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience leveraging broad oversight of team activities to ensure compliance with risk and security or regulatory policies, standards, procedures and guidelines + High aptitude in thinking strategically and incorporating business needs into technical roadmaps + Proficient in translating security-related matters into business terms that are clear and understandable to executives + Capacity to think outside the box when working on cyber threat collection and dissemination + Proven experience providing direction, delegating and removing obstacles for team This role is Hybrid in Atlanta, Georgia.
