Minimum 5 years of experience in managing complex budget processes, financial modeling, and cost-benefit analysis. 3. Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. 4. Demonstrated experience in process optimization, with a focus on continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment. **Desired Skills/Qualifications/Experience ("Nice to have" Qualifications)** 1.
