For more information, please visit: https://www.thecommunityagency.com/en-us **Overview** We are looking for a Business Operations Manager, who is a proactive self-starter with the ability to drive and oversee various aspects of the client relationship and projects, as well as the financial planning and operational needs. You should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to partner with internal cross-functional teams and clients. Having a strong background in client, financial and operational management, you are someone who gets it done. You can scope, launch, track and run a successful program, end-to-end, and all the nuances in between. **Responsibilities** + Work with the account team, business operations and finance teams to fulfill financial planning, analysis, cope development and budget tracking. + Collaborate with operations, finance, resourcing, and leadership teams to execute the end-to-end financial management process inclusive of budget authorization, client billing, supplier invoice reconciliation and payment, and compliance with internal/external audit requirements. + Manage the tools, systems, and processes that enable sound financial operations including planning, support and training. + Build and develop relationships with account directors, ensuring that client and overall data reporting is relevant and aligns with set financial metrics. + Manage the tools, systems, and processes that enable sound financial operations including planning/investment team support and training. + Manage troubleshooting requests across agency tools to fulfill operational requirements. **Qualifications** + 5-7 years of experience in an advertising agency or similar industry + Strong knowledge and ability in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Suite, PowerBI + Ability to research and troubleshoot systems + Intermediate knowledge in Coding or ability to learn + Ability to juggle multiple projects at once + Ability to work autonomously + Financial background a plus + Extremely detail oriented and passionate about processes + Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills; demonstrated ability to identify actionable insights + Solid communication skills, able to write clearly, speak professionally, and convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience + Excellent organizational skills with time sensitive deadline **Additional information** Compensation Range: $79,990 - $109,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
